The Dieticians at Arizona Heart 360 take a holistic and detailed approach with their patients to evaluate their specific dietary needs including: grocery shopping lists, macro-nutrient ratios, and addressing your specific dietary patterns. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach that many people find with weight-loss programs, she creates an personalized plan that is sustainable long-term for improved quality of life by lowering cholesterol and blood pressure naturally. She supports the Mediterranean diet, DASH diet, and intuitive eating practices which are all evidenced-based.
